I would make sure each alumna from your chapter receives an invitation, as well as the colony advisor and the staff who were at your installation. I don't think you need to send an individual invitation to each member of Chicago alumnae (unless there are only 10 or 20 of them). I would send one invite to the chapter. You can also send invites to nearby chapters.
I'm not sure about whether or not you should send an individual invite to each staff member. . .I'll defer to someone else on that question! Check with your DP or chapter advisor. . .or some of the Chicago alumnae would be able to help you with all of that. Get them involved sooner rather than later.
