They don't have any real legal basis to go on...... they can revoke their membership. But so what? Most of those people aren't active and it doesn't mean anything to them anyway.

I know we don't allow tattooing of letters or crest - we had to ask our PCD because one of our sisters adamantly wants to do it. If I ever got a GPhi tattoo, I would get a crescent moon, or the Hebrew from our badge, or something that wouldn't automatically let the whole world know what sorority I was in should I do something stupid.
