Yes, Beta's do have and use Roll Numbers. I think that within Beta at least, it is used in fun ways like getting someone to shut up. You know, when a brother is rambling on for minutes on end, all you say is "Hey punkass, whats your roll number? Yeah, thats what I thought, sit your ass down". I rarely see it get as far as making someone give you their seat or fetching food for them. Its mainly just goofy shit. But then again, thats my chapter.
