Heh..my boyfriend's fraternity hollers out "Low Scroll", basically the same thing you all are talking about
It gets pretty interesting that's for sure. There are some rules to it, but I'm not sure what they all are. I know one is that you can't low scroll someone in you pledge class....that's all I can remember for now.
