In a lot of cases PMA doesn't associate with IFC. I am aware that they have a national movement pushing them to join that type of association on their campuses (MSTYCAT will correct me if I'm wrong  )
I remember reading about those other two chapters and some pretty serious hazing allegations. Surprised they're coming back so soon.
