As for me, I'm bigger. I feel I'm past the point that no matter how comfortable I am in my skin, I need to lose weight for my health.
Do I hate skinny people?
No.
Do I wish I could live and eat like they do and still be thin?
Yeah. That would be nice.
When someone teases someone for being thin, it's usually because they're at least somewhat jealous, and it's almost always done at some level of jest.
When someone teases someone for being fat or not thin, it's usually just to be mean, and it's almost never joking.
I for one think it's gross that models are a size 0 and we're supposed to decide to buy outfits that they wear, because they look good on them, but when we go to try on the outfits, it doesn't even look like the same clothes.
I don't have a problem with thin people, but half of the women in America wear above a size 14. People in our media should reflect the majority, not the minority. It's really hard for anyone over a size 10 to identify with TV and models, because they just look like a different species from us.
