if you are skinny, people will talk bad about you
if you are heavy, people will talk bad about you
regardless of how you look, people will always make an opinion about your looks. this is when you need to find your own comfort level of how you think you should look. yes, some people have a tendancy to go overboard with anorexia or bulimia, but those are a different class of people when it comes to weight issues.

I am a size 3/4. I eat correctly, I workout regularly, and I know when to have fun. But I am a small girl. I am only 5'2" and I don't have much room to gain weight. Despite my size, I have hips, a booty, and a nice set of boobs. I have a good body perception of myself and I don't judge others. If you wanna weigh 300 pounds and put your body through hell, that's your decision. I instead want to thank my body for everything it has helped me do, and I reward it by working out and eating healthy. If you are comfortable in your own skin, that's all that matters. Not everyone can look like Jennifer Anniston and Halle Berry. But just think, those actresses get paid to look beautiful. They have people who work them out, and make them food. I could look that way too if I had their livestyle!
