Ok girl, we've been through this before. If we were ready to try to start a chapter at LSU, then you can surely friendly venture a chapter in Dallas. I have faith that you'll get this thing off the ground. First start with who you know. Then they'll start with who they know and before you know it, you'll have enough people to start a chapter.
