This morning after I made the first post, I was listening to the Tom Joyner show.
Bebe Winans was being interviewed about his new CD coming out. Anyway, they talked about the various artist he worked with on the project. Brian McKnight was one of the artist. So, the topic went from the CD to Bryan's appearance at the convention. Bebe said, he told Brian that he did not know that McKnight was a republican. I don't think he is...anyway, Bebe said that his reply was if the Democrats wanted him at their convention, he would be there,too. The catch was was that he was PAID to do that. It was another gig for him. I wonder if it was the same for The Rock?
I was like, uh huh! NOW, I SEE!
There was a joke that the announcer at the convention introduced him as Brian Knight and not McKnight. They went on to joke about if the check written was written out to Brian McKnight OR Brian Knight.
That was very interesting....
