Hooters seems to be an adult themed restaurant. I have never eaten there so I don't know from first hand experience. If the kids went there with their own parents, it is one thing, but the adult chaperones took them there. There are fast food places all over the place. They couldn't find a Mickey D's or BK or a pizza place?! Give me a freakin' break. I hate when adults who are supposed to be in charge of children do stupid things.
