I happen to love Eminem's music. The stuff that he says on his music is a little bit hardcore. However, I believe that he loves to shock people. And also, he has a very creative imagination. He uses that imagination to make his music. It's like making a movie. Have the stuff that people make into movies, you can question it's moral value. Most of the time people don't. It's just that from the beginning rap has had it's critics. My opinion is that if you don't like something just turn it off. It's evident that people do cause of all the albums he's sold. And for all those concerned parents, I am soon to be a father also. No I don't think that his music is appropriate for little kids. I wouldn't let my kid listen to his music until he was age appropriate. Parents need to police what their kids are listening to. I went to see "Scary Movie" and yes it was very sexually crude. I understand parents who took their kids to see it got up and left. My thing is, kids shouldn't have been there anyway. I thought that some rated R meant that some of the materials in the movie might not be suitable for kids under 17? That means you run the risk if you bring your kids. Parents wake up! Stop letting tv and radio babysit your kids. It would be fine if the only thing out there was peace and love, but it's not. And even then I don't think that a tv or radio should take the place of the love and nurturing only a parent can provide. And that's my 11 cents.
