Neutrogena Makeup
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I would just like to say how much I've enjoyed the discussions here thus far.
My question is, has anyone tried the Neutrogena line of makeup? I've heard it's healthy for your skin, but I wanted to hear someone's personal account before I went out and bought anything. Also, is someone able to tell me how you are supposed to determine what color concealer you need to use for dark undereye circles and the best way to apply it? Last question, does anyone know of any products with minimum coverage for uneven skin tone?
