Your own definition of a regional and the Boule are pretty accurate. The Boule would be our national convention (or shall I say international, as to not forget the chapters outside of the U.S.). A regional is designated for members that reside within a particular region (certain states make up each region). The term Boule may be used by other organizations as well.
