I read and collect Archie books too
I have about 276 of them at home, but haven't gotten any new ones in a couple of years. My oldest one is from 1979.
I passed them on to each of my younger sisters (3) and now the one reading them is 11 years old (the youngest), lol. I'll probably pass them down to my kids
You can buy a box full of old comics at garage sales for a great price
