delph, I lived in MN for a
minute back in the late 80s; specifically New Hope & Minnetonka. What was the name of that 1 black radio station that you could hardly hear if you crossed the river into St. Paul? THey were always doing fundraisers to buy new transformers/increase the wattage while I was there.
