And here's a recipe for you fruit lovers:
You will need a blender
4 oz (1/2 cup) of vanilla or plain yogurt (lowfat or no fat) unless you don't care about your weight
3/4 cups of your favorite fruit(s) pineapples and strawberries seem to work the best
5 or 6 ice cubes or more depending on how thick you want it
1 or 2 packets of Equal or your favorite sugar substitute
Blend away
yummy...go for the on the go person esp. in the morning
