Some of us Bros had an event last night and someone came through claiming to be Phrat from my Chapter's partnering college chapter. After I found that to be impossible I called Nationals while he was there and they had no record of him. So then Bros and I convinced  him that he would be in good graces if he gave up his para quickly and without drama.
