They may not do it in the future, but it has definitely been a problem in the recent past. As far as PM-ing with a Moderator directly about something, I received an uncalled for tongue-lashing (twice) for my trouble.
This subject has turned into a "Moderators against everyone else" issue, which is unfortunate. I don't think that any subject is fair game in a forum such as this, but I do see the balance. I wish that some of those who moderate could see it as well.
