thanks for all the tips! I don't have high blood pressure *yet*.. and hopefully won't.. but I'm pretty close right now according to my doc! I know my dad has HBP, but he didn't just turn 21 a month ago
So yea... I'm going to be taking some extra precautions so hopefully things won't get too much higher..
