Oh and by the way for those members that "threaten to quit" let them. They are not helping your sisterhood, they are hurting it, and if they have that little respect for your chapter, and our purpose, along with our ritual, then maybe they need to reprioritize and decide what is right.
Sometimes you are either part of the solution or part of the problem- draw the line and rebuild from there. It is tough, but who wants a sister that doesn't want to be there?
