Another thing the time line has pointed to is the murders seem to coincide with "breaks"- Spring, Thanksgiving, Mardi Gras. Godwin feels it's because less people traffic exists.
From what you and Juniorgrrl have said, it does make me angry to learn the evidence is not being shared. The whole investigation
seems to have gaping holes.
