Eminem wasn't actually there. Some other dude (dang, have I been listening to Randy on AI too much??) with a Detroit Piston's jersey under a tux jacket (yeah, he fit right in
) accepted the award for "Marshall". The Oscar was for a song on the 8 Mile soundtrack..Lose Yourself or something like that. Sorry, I don't listen to a whole lotta rap so I'm not sure about the song title. Evidently they wrote the song together.
