Whatever you do, stay the hell away from Clear Channel.
Are you looking for on-air or sales? Try the smaller, locally-owned stations...you might not get paid as much, but you will most likely get to do more and have more say-so, especially if you're on-air.
Problem is, with voice tracking becoming more common, seasoned pros are having a hard time finding a job, let alone recent grads.
