Well, I surely hope that this doesn't stir up any troubles, but... I've yet to see on
this thread that Chi Omega has more members than any other organization for women other than the Girl Scouts.
That always bothered me, because my mother was a member of a Woman's Club (General Federation of Woman's Clubs), and she always said that the GFWC was the largest organization for women. So... I asked Jeeves! As of 2001, the GFWC had 6,500 chapters totaling over 1 million women. Which only goes to show that Mama always
does know what's right!
As for Alpha Delta Pi, the latest stats that I could find (I'm having a hard time trying to navigate the "new" site!) showed over 170,000 initiates, and 136 chapters. I think my chapter would say "Make that 170,0
45 inititates, thank you very much!"

They've made a huge comeback in the past 2 years, and we're very proud of them!
