I worked for this school...and we recieved grant monies to get computers. TMALSS, the computer I recieved was stolen from my home ONE year ago. I told them then to tell me the cost and I would reimburse the school if need be. (They cost the district $500!) They NEVER sent ANY correspondence after NUMEROUS request for a balance. The principal at the time said "don't worry about it".WEELLLLLL, now that I am not there anymore they want to charge me $1,147 for a 3-year old computer they paid $500 for originally. It's not paying for the computer that I have a problem with it is the fact that they waited a year....
Yes Pep boys lost my car! One of my vans broke down and they were responsible for picking it up (yes I watched them call the towing company). 3 weeks later I went to Pep Boys only to find out that they did not know where my car was...No I do not have my car now ----a lawsuit is pending.
