I go to the gym everyday for an hour where I run 2 miles and then do 9 miles on the bike. I also do a lot of ab workouts and squats (not the kind with weights but the kind that tone your thighs). I love to workout b/c it makes me feel so awesome and in the mean while it also helps me look good too.

I have gone down 2, almost 3 sizes since I started this kind of workout a few months ago. That's not why I do it of course, but it's a nice benefit nonethless.
