You just got get past the resentment and stop doing your work for them and do it for YOURSELF and YOUR chapter... Appreciate yourself! I'm sure there are sisters there that appreciate you, but they just forget to say so!
I know how it feels, ppl sometimes take it for granted, thats why now I try my best to say my thank you's for jobs well done and if they don"t thank me or acknowledge me then poo poo to them!
