The reasons many have not expanded to Europe (pure speculation) are probably not because there's no interest.
I'd be willing to bet that there are legal reasons, conversion of currency type factors, etc. Also distance and travel for IHQ consultants (although going to Europe has been cheaper than travelling in the US lately).
