Any man who is interested in Alpha Phi Alpha should agree with the principles of the fraternity. Also, he should be willing to participate in the services the fraternity provides. I'm sure more detailed information about that can be found on their website.

There is no 'type' of person who is an Alpha. My brothers come in a fine array of different personalities.
