Whoa whoa whoa... We didnt' try diplomacy hard enough? 12 years to disarm? How many "last chances" has Saddam had? It originally started out "we don't have any weapons of mass destruction." Then it's "Well, maybe we have just a few." And later on, "Ok, here's a few more, but that's all we have I swear!"
