The thing is. . .you can claim being a city. . .but the city doesn't want the CRIME that comes with it. . .they can't even agree on who they want on the police force. . .it won't be long before they split back into two different counties. . .
As for the rest of your comment, I'll dismiss it. I'm from DALLAS, an actual real big city. To me, Louisville is still the country. You guys are just NOW getting Hispanic. And the people who are from other countries that are here. . .are STUDENTS. Or are you just now realizing that Afrikkans(Morracans, Mauritanians, Egyptians--hell, they live on Westport Rd) have been here for quite a while. Half of the people in the US don't even know where Kentucky is.
