Long time, no see, I know, but Soror Ebony Washington's poetry is featured in April's edition of Essence (the one with the box office chocolates on the cover
-- p. 206, I believe) and she will be featured on Lyric Cafe on BET soon. As soon as I find out her episode's airing date, I will let you all know here or via list. She is an amazing Spoken Word Artist and runs her own venue in NY!! Get your April Essence and check her out!!! Nikki Giovanni chose the winner of the competition.
