My viewpoint is from University recognition. They are a U Buffalo recognized organization. Therefore they have to follow University policies if they wish to maintain recognition. Also individual members are subject to University discipline. Check out the website at

It states that these students will be held accountable by the University for their actions.
It doesn't matter whether they are a local or a national organization.
