Well let's see, I work in a call center, I'm a csr, and you call me because you have some problem with your computer that you need fixed. Let's see what was I doing answering the phone? What was I doing answering the phone? BECAUSE THAT"S MY JOB, YOU MORON.
-the guy this morning who threw a world class hissy fit because he had to wait 20 minutes to get thur to me. Then threw another world class hissy when he found out I wasn't a software tech. And then another when he found out he had pay for software support. Then he asked for my sup and bitched at my sup because he didn't immeditately get thur when he called. Let's see, it's Saturday and you're not the only one who has a problem. We (csrs and techs) can only assist ONE person at a time. That's how it works. That's how its always worked
