A BIG pimp slap to the kid at the shelter that I work at who I caught on the phone a couple of days ago describing the shelter as a "cool place to be when you want to get away from your parents" and then proceeded to tell his homie about what staff members were cool. (Sidebar: he told his homie that my husband and I are mean and evil and don't let anyone do anything fun.)
Additional pimp slaps to above mentioned child's parents for not coming to get their child after he threatened my husband and the other male staff member on the late shift last night.
I hope that kid's gone when I come in tonight!!
