Lionel Richie's daughter Nicole is going to have to face the music. Nicole Richie made headlines a few weeks ago in New York City when she got into a fight with a guy at a party and smashed a glass in his face. The guy in question happens to be very rich and he has had Nicole arrested, he is also considering a civil suit. Nicole was arraigned on two counts of assault and harrassment. Nicole has pleaded not guilty and she is due in court Dec. 18th. Nicole is Lionels adopted daughter with his first wife Brenda Richie. Nicole is quite a handful with her non stop partying. She is now back in Los Angeles with her dad.
