i know our chapter has webchairs. and we usually try to keep it up to date, though since i've been in london, i've checked our website several times and it hasn't changed since the beginning of the semester. anyway, i think that if the school doesn't provide the chapter with web space for whatever reason (penn state does) then nationals should provide the space for a chapter to have a website. i think it should be manditory for all the chapters to have a website. i know that i like browse other sigma kappa websites from time to time just to see what other chapters are up to. anyway, that's my 2p (since i'm in london it's p not cents
