Annoying:
It's like deja vu all over again (used by my organic chemistry professor no less than 12 times on Monday morning)
Boo Yah, Grandma! (one kid in our house says it all the time)
Brew (used in place of beers plural...just annoys me)
Things I say all the time:
"holla!"

good at life/suck at life...as in if I do something good I'll say "I'm good at life" or if someone screws up "Man, you suck at life"
