Ummm, from what it sounds like, expansion onto Florida Tech would be suicide for the new sorority and potentially disastrous for the ones already there.
Having seen firsthand a failed expansion, it isn't pretty. Its demoralizing to the Greek system and heartbreaking for the closing chapter. That's why it is SO important to make sure that everyone in Panhellenic is at total before you expand! Tossing another chapter into the mix when Panhellenic is already struggling is a recipe for failure.
