And Phi Sigma being founded in 1866,that just awesome that they are still around today.

There is another sorority that is a local on Whitewater's campus that was founded in 1899 and another fraternity on their campus that is a local that I thin kwas founded in the 40's or so.
There's a local at Beloit College that's been in existence for over a hundred years. I think it was a Delta Gamma chapter for part of its existence (early 1900s-1950s?), but the majority of it has been as a local.

UW-Stevens Point has two local sororities and only one national. A lot of the smaller schools around the state have comparable ratios. There are very few schools in Wisconsin that don't have any locals whatsoever.
