The Alpha Chi Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon began as local Alpha Delta Chi in 1989. We didn't start with colors or mascots, because we knew we wanted to go D Phi E, and we only organized as a local to get international affiliation! Alpha Chi Chapter was chartered in September 1991.
