You are more than likely right about the number of chapters. I wasn't sure what the latest number was.
As far as I know, we at Omicron Nu are the first and only Canadian chapter currently. I had heard a rumour that there had been a chapter at Brock University near Niagara Falls, Canada. However, I'm not sure if this is true, or if it is, why they closed the chapter. The only way to find out for sure is to check with HQ.
