Regardless of whether you are "positive" you're fine, get tested anyway. Just because you're a virgin doesn't mean that you'll necessarily be sore after sex the first time, although many girls are. STD symptoms aren't necessarily very obvious in girls, so if you contracted one that night, you could never know you had one and later pass it on to a boyfriend, or several boyfriends -- and when they realize they have one you could be in some seriously trouble. It's always, always, always better to be safe than sorry. Anytime you pass out and can't remember things you put yourself in a really vulnerable position, so be careful in the future!
Anyway. Enough moralizing.
I vote to call him. If your behavior was really obnoxious, his opinion of you has already been lowered, so it's not going to hurt much more if he doesn't want to hear from you. And if he didn't mind the behavior that much, he won't mind the phone call that much either.
