Nevermind the fact that you don't know if your drink(s) may have been spiked with something, and you may have acted in a way you would otherwise not.

AND you don't know if mystery-man was on anything or had too much to drink. Even "nice guys" can do bad things with too much alcohol or when drugs are involved.

Like everyone else said, get tested. It's never a bad idea anyway.
