This is awful! It makes me so angry that there are companies out there that apparently prey on college kids and take advantage of them.
zchi2 and AlphaFrog, did you pay for these items on your credit card? If so, you have recourse against the company that sold you this junk. Notify your credit card company and they will put pressure on the company to refund your money. They have a lot more weight behind them than an individual person has and this crooked company might be more apt to listen to them.
