Sounds like a bitter ex-pledge that was LOOKING to be discriminated against.
Our "Official Chant" doesn't go like that either... I don't think there even is an official one. Without revealing too much about the process I can say that A LOT of the time people are blackballed early on for various reasons and end up getting in later.
