Okay, I understand the question and I don't really have a problem with it however I think answers will vary largely based on where people are from. Here in Colorado I tend to think very highly of PiPhi, DG, Chi O and Kappa since their chapters at CU and CSU (DG's not at CSU but very strong at CU) are top tier.
I have met a grand total of two Delta Zeta's from UNC and that's just because one girl used to work for my parents. I have never met or been familiar with a member or chapter of ADPi, ZTA or PhiMu though I understand they are excellent organizations.
So, I'd be happy to give you my opinions but it would be highly biased as, I'm sure, would everyone else's.
