Um, excuse me, I'm engaged and I'm 21. If I'm ready, I don't think it's anyone else's business. And no, he was not my high school sweetheart. BUT I should add that I graduated from college last year and now have a steady income with a pretty good job. I will agree that without those things in place, any age may be "too young." So I'll be 22 when I get married... big deal. I feel ready for it. But I know there won't be any children for a long time
