Chicagoans, help me out..........
Maybe not something to ponder but something I don't understand....
The express lanes on the highway (Edens to Kennedy, whatever)
Sometimes they go one direction, sometimes they go the other. At some point they have to close off the lane. How in the hell do they do that on the freeway when people are going 70? It's not like you can slow down and merge into the other lane as this little arm is slowly blocking off your lane.....
