As for people dying from rolling on E: There was a big news story around here last year about a girl named Brittany from an affluent suburb who's friends had given her one pill for her 16th birthday party. Long story short she ended up curled up in the upstairs bathroom being aided by a couple of friends. They eventually called an ambulance where she was taken to the hospital, connected to life support only to be later declared brain dead and removed from support.
The news stories quickly proclaimed that E had killed her and launch a witch hunt after the kids who gave it to her. What most people failed to notice was that the actual cause of death was drowning. Apparently she drank several gallons of water in a very short period of time. This girl you know who collapsed on a dance floor probably didn't drink enough or any.
Therefore, I would actually agree with UFPike (I'm a shocked as you are.) Deaths from pure MDMA are usually a result of misuse whereas tablets that have been mixed are anyone's guess.
